Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy describes how CyberAutomations LLC (“we”), a Virginia limited liability company, handles information collected through cyberautomations.com. It does not cover work performed for clients under a separate agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

What we collect

We collect two things, and nothing else. There is no account system, no newsletter, and no purchase flow on this site.

1. What you type into the application form

The form at /apply asks for your name, email address, business name, a description of what your business does, what you want to automate, and your budget range. Your website URL and how you heard about us are optional. We record the time of submission.

We ask for exactly what we need to judge whether we can help you and to reply. Please do not include confidential information, credentials, or anyone else’s personal data in the free-text fields.

2. What you type into the contact form

The form at /contact asks for your name, email address, what you need help with, and a description of what you want automated. Company, budget, timeline and how you heard about us are optional. We record the time of submission and, where present, UTM parameters from the link you arrived on. A hidden field on the form exists only to catch automated submissions and is never shown to a visitor.

Submissions are sent through Resend (email delivery) and, when configured, posted to an internal n8n workflow, both acting as our service providers. We keep them for as long as we are considering the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Email addresses are checked once at submission time against an email validation service (disposable-domain detection and DNS record lookup) to filter spam. Only the address itself is sent to that service; nothing else from the form is. A rejected disposable address is not stored anywhere.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-B05MJW13C2) to see which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. See our Cookies & Analytics Notice for the detail and for how to opt out.

Where it goes

Form submissions are written to our hosting provider’s application logs and reviewed by us. This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests and retains logs on our behalf as a service provider. Analytics data is processed by Google.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only with the service providers named above, and where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep application submissions for as long as we are considering the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then delete them. Hosting and analytics logs expire on our providers’ own retention schedules. If you ask us to delete your submission sooner, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Residents of Virginia, California, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, and residents of the UK and EEA, have these rights under their local law.

To exercise any of them, email us at the address below. We will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will only ask for what is necessary to do so.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
