These terms govern your use of cyberautomations.com, operated by CyberAutomations LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using the site or submitting the application form you agree to them.

They do not govern client work. If we engage, that engagement is covered by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

Everything on this site (service descriptions, portfolio examples, pricing indications, and results attributed to past work) is provided for information. It is not a contractual offer, a guarantee of any outcome, and not professional advice you should act on without your own judgement. Results described for one business are not a prediction for yours.

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige us to take on your project, and we may decline any application for any lawful reason.

You agree that what you submit is accurate, that you are authorised to share it, and that it contains no confidential information, credentials, or third-party personal data. What we do with the submission is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Do not use this site to break the law, to submit false or misleading information, to send automated or bulk submissions, to probe or interfere with the site’s security or availability, or to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.

The site’s text, design, and the CyberAutomations name and marks belong to us, except where third-party marks appear and remain their owners’. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to the site. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. It depends on third-party providers (hosting and analytics) whose availability we do not control. Links to other sites are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for their content.

To the fullest extent the law allows, CyberAutomations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
